Learn how Webbit Keys works from purchase to activation.

After payment, your key is sent automatically to your email. Also check My Account → Orders if you created an account.
Check inbox + spam/junk. Search: Webbit Keys. If you’re logged in, open My Account → Orders.
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you see past orders and re-download guides.
It means you receive a key/code online (email delivery). There is no physical box shipping.
The key must match the edition you install (example: Windows Pro key needs Windows Pro installed). If unsure, contact support before buying.
Always download installers from official vendor websites when possible. Avoid “cracked” installers or unknown links.
Save your order email, and keep a backup note. Do not share your key publicly.
Contact support quickly with your order number. We’ll check what’s possible depending on delivery/activation status.

Windows Activation
Activate Windows safely and fix common activation errors.

Go to Settings → System → Activation → Change product key → paste key → Next.
Open Settings → System → About and look for Edition. Your key must match the edition.
Re-check characters, copy/paste again, confirm edition match, restart PC, and retry.
This is usually temporary. Check internet, wait a few minutes, then retry. Restart helps sometimes.
Many licenses are for one device. If you reinstalled on the same device, activation usually works again. If you changed hardware, contact support.
Advanced users can use slmgr commands. If you’re not sure, use Settings method or ask support.
After successful activation, restart your PC. The watermark should disappear once Windows confirms activation.
You must switch to Pro edition before a Pro key can activate. If you need guidance, contact support.
Most keys work worldwide. If your device has special restrictions, message us before purchase.
Send: order number, Windows edition, exact error message, and screenshot (if possible).

Office & Microsoft Apps
Office, Visio, Project, Outlook, Access – activation & setup.

Open Word/Excel → File → Account → Change Product Key (or Activate) → enter key.
Close apps, reopen, check Account. If multiple Office versions exist, uninstall old ones.
Some versions require Microsoft account linking. Follow the prompt and complete activation.
Uninstall old Office from Control Panel / Apps. Restart. Then install the new version.
Visio and Project activate similar to Office. Make sure the version matches (e.g., 2021 key with 2021 install).
Open Outlook → Add Account → enter email → follow your provider’s steps (Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo/etc.).
Access may come with Office Pro editions, or as standalone. Confirm your product before installing.
Subscription works through account sign-in. Sign in using the Microsoft account linked to your subscription.
Sign out from Office apps → restart → sign in with the correct account. Support can guide you.

Install the antivirus app → open it → find Activate / Redeem → paste the key → confirm.
Check internet, paste key carefully, ensure correct product (Total vs Internet Security), update the app, try again.
Some licenses support multi-device. Check the product title/details. If unsure, contact support before purchase.
Uninstall old antivirus, restart PC, then install the new one. This prevents conflicts.
Modern antivirus is optimized. Keep it updated and avoid running full scans during heavy work.
Many antivirus licenses are time-based (1 year etc.). “Lifetime” usually applies to Office/Windows-type products.
Avoid unknown downloads, don’t click suspicious links, and keep Windows/Browser updated.

If the product cannot be used/activated and support confirms the issue, refund options may apply based on policy.

Most modern PCs run Windows 10/11. For older devices, confirm CPU/RAM/TPM requirements before upgrading.
Office runs on most Windows PCs. For older Office versions, choose the matching OS support.
Some products are Windows-only. If you need Mac support, pick Mac-specific Office or contact us before purchase.
Server products are for business/IT use (remote users, hosting, networks). If unsure, ask for compatibility help.

Upgrade keeps your files. Clean install is fresh and often best for stability. Backup important files before clean install.
Official installers reduce errors and keep your system secure. Avoid modified installers.
Old versions can conflict with new installs. Remove old apps first, then restart.
Install updates, drivers, then activate Windows. After that install Office/Apps and activate.
Re-download from official source, check storage space, and temporarily pause other antivirus if it blocks installer (then enable again).
